Information we collect

• Account information such as email, user ID, language preference and subscription or credit status.
• User inputs including prompts, Oi messages, constraints, ToolBox selections and feedback.
• Uploaded content including product images, reference images, brand logos, brand examples and asset-library images.
• Design Profile information including product design language, brand design language, colors, fonts, custom rules and tags.
• Generated content including design images, edited images, sales visuals, production references, conversation snapshots and project metadata.
• Usage and diagnostic data such as clicks, generation attempts, selected designs, errors, browser type and device information.

How we use information

• To provide design generation, image editing, project recovery, profile activation, asset selection and cross-device sync.
• To make generated results better reflect the active Design Profile, selected Assets, user constraints and conversation context.
• To identify asset type, color, material, usage, tags and other searchable metadata.
• To prevent abuse, secure the service, debug failures and manage service limits or credits.
• To analyze product usage and improve Oi recommendations, random inspiration, workflow suggestions and user experience.

AI models and service providers

Ohwait may send the minimum necessary text, image and context data to model providers, image-generation providers, object storage, database, authentication, payment, analytics and deployment services. Providers are used only as needed to deliver the requested feature.

User content and enterprise assets

You keep ownership of your uploaded content and private design assets. We do not publish private projects, assets or Design Profiles as public examples without permission.

Retention and deletion

Logged-in user projects, generated content, profiles and assets are retained until deleted by the user or account closure, unless a longer period is required for security, billing, legal or dispute reasons. Temporary guest records may be retained for a shorter period.

Your rights and contact

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent. Contact privacy@ohwait.design for privacy requests.
